Our Story — family-owned, founded 2018 by two cousins from Naples

Salvatore Lima (Chef and Co-Owner) and Enzo Auriuso (Co-Owner) left Naples to bring their mother's recipes — A' Cucina 'e Mammà — to New York. Certified by Ospitalità Italiana and recognised by the Accademia Italiana della Cucina.
